One Account Policy

Wagering and Processing

Any deposit made with us must be wagered three times before the connected funds become withdrawable. Where multiple deposits have been made without intervening play, the combined total must be wagered before withdrawal. We may request verification documents before processing any payout, and we may lock your account if we cannot reach you by e-mail or phone within two weeks of your withdrawal request. Our target processing times range from 24 hours at lower VIP levels down to 1 hour at the top tier; these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
